Q.Can I keep the fish I catch?
A.Feel free to keep any fish of legal size and limit that is edible. All other fish will be returned as unharmed as possible to the ocean. I will be more than happy to clean and filet the fish you want.
Q.Do I need a fishing license?
A.No. I have all necessary licenses for up to 6 people.
Q.Do I need to bring any fishing equipment?
A.No, I supply all necessary equipment, but feel free to bring any of your own.
Q.How do I schedule a fishing charter?
A.Call me to make sure the day you would like to reserve is available. You must send a deposit via check or credit card in the amount of $100 to ensure that time slot is yours.
Q.How long are the charters?
A.A half-day is four hours, usually 8 a.m. to 12 Noon or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. A full day is eight hours, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Trip departure times may vary to fit your schedule depending on other charters for the day.
Q.Is tipping necessary?
A.Tips are definitely appreciated, but not mandatory. Normal tips are around 15-20% of the trip cost.
Q.What do I need to bring on board for my day of fishing?
A.You will want to bring food and beverages, sun block, a camera, polarized sunglasses, And apporiate clothing for that day.
Q.What if the weather is rough the day of our charter?
A.Capt. Tony will evaluate the weather as well as the sea conditions. Only the Capt. will have the right to cncell because of weather. That being said we understand that your going fishing to have fun and if we believe your party would not be upto the conditions than the captain reserves the right to cancel; therefore a full refund of your deposit.
Q.What level of experience is necessary?
A.I enjoy anglers from age 5 to 105, any experience level. I specialize in teaching kids and inexperienced anglers. When you are done with your fishing trip, I will send you home with knowledge of many secret fishing tips.
Q.What payment options do you accept?
A.We exept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. Checks are welcome, and of course cash.
